Amazing work! The use of dazzling colors and a very unique drawing technique has made this image stick out from the rest.

Firstly the color composition is very beautiful, even though its largely based on orange and blue you have managed to mix them well and also used a wide variety of colors in-between.

The hair has been done very well and your unique drawing technique has given the image some life and action; a very successful technique. Its the same for the dragon which has been inserted into the image very craftily without obscuring the main character too much.
